Overview & key metrics
The top of every site’s dashboard answers the everyday questions at a glance: how many people came, what they looked at, whether they stuck around, and what they bought. Everything here respects the date-range picker and any filters you’ve applied.
The summary tiles
A row of tiles sits above the chart, each showing the total for your date range with a trend versus the period before. The traffic tiles are always available:
| Tile | What it means |
|---|---|
| Visitors | The number of unique people who visited in the range. One person who comes back twice still counts once. |
| Page views | Every page load, including repeat views. One visitor can rack up many. |
| Bounce rate | The share of visits where someone looked at a single page and left. A high bounce rate isn’t always bad, it depends on the page’s job. |
| Avg. duration | The average length of a visit, from the first page to the last. |
Once you connect Stripe, revenue tiles join them: Revenue, Revenue / visitor, MRR, ARR, Subscribers, Active trials, Conversion rate, Trial conversion rate, Churn rate, and Refunds. Every definition lives in Revenue metrics.
You choose which tiles show. Pick your favorites, and add custom tiles that count any event you track, in Customize your dashboard. Visitors is always shown; the rest are up to you.
The money tiles are also clickable: click Subscribers or Refunds and the dashboard jumps to the Visitors tab filtered to exactly those people.
Visitors vs. page views. Visitors counts people; page views counts page loads. If 10 people each open 3 pages, that’s 10 visitors and 30 page views.
The chart
Below the tiles, the main chart plots visitors over time so you can see the shape of your traffic (steady, spiking, or trailing off). With Stripe connected, revenue appears as bars, coloured by payment type (new vs. renewal vs. one-time), right alongside the visitor line.
Short ranges (like today) are broken down by hour; longer ranges are grouped by day. You can pin chart notes to a date to annotate a spike (a launch, a campaign, an outage) so the context travels with the data.
The trend vs. the previous period
Each tile shows a small up or down change. Snow compares your selected range against the period of the same length immediately before it: pick last 7 days and it compares to the 7 days before that. This tells you whether things are moving, not just where they stand.
The breakdown cards
Under the chart sit the cards that break your traffic down. Each ranks the top values, draws a bar for relative size, and lets you click a row to filter the whole dashboard:
Alongside them, the Audience card splits your visitors new vs. returning and (with Stripe) by status: anonymous, free, trialing, subscribed, churned, or lifetime customer (see Visitors). Most cards can sort by visitors, revenue, or time on site. Tap the sort toggle to cycle.
Watching live
The visitor count in the header is a button. Click it for the full-screen Live view: a real-time globe, an activity feed, and revenue captured in the last 24 hours.
The date range
Every number on the page is driven by the date-range picker in the header: presets for today, yesterday, last 7 days, this month, and more, plus a custom range. Rolling presets include today, so last 7 days means today plus the previous six.
