Customize your dashboard
The row of tiles above your main chart is yours to arrange. Show the numbers you check daily, hide the ones you don’t, and add your own. You’ll find these controls in Settings → General.
Chart metrics
Under Chart metrics, toggle any tile on or off. They’re grouped so related numbers stay together:
| Group | Tiles |
|---|---|
| Traffic & engagement | Page views, Bounce rate, Avg. duration |
| Revenue | Revenue, Revenue / visitor, MRR, ARR, Conversion rate, Refunds |
| Subscriptions | Subscribers, Active trials, Trial conversion rate, Churn rate |
Visitors is always shown: it’s the line the chart is built around, so it can’t be turned off.
The Revenue and Subscriptions tiles need a connected payment provider. Until then they’re locked, and any tile with no value to show stays hidden automatically, so your dashboard never displays an empty box.
Out of the box, the everyday tiles are on (Visitors, Page views, Bounce rate, Avg. duration, plus Revenue, Revenue / visitor, MRR, Subscribers, and Conversion rate once Stripe is connected). The deeper revenue tiles (ARR, Active trials, Trial conversion rate, Churn rate, and Refunds) start off; switch on the ones you want to watch. Every definition is in Revenue metrics.
Event metrics
Want a tile that counts your own events, such as signups, upgrades, downloads? Add one under Event metrics:
Pick the event
In the Event field, type the event name exactly as you send it (e.g.
signup). A list of events Snow has already seen helps you pick.
Name the tile
In Tile name, give it a friendly label (e.g. Signups): that’s what shows
on the chart.
Add it
The tile appears above your chart with its own trend, counting that event over your selected date range. Once added, it always shows.
You can add up to 6 event tiles. Remove one to make room for another.
Clickable revenue tiles
The money tiles aren’t just numbers, they’re shortcuts. Click Subscribers, Refunds, or Active trials and the dashboard jumps to the Visitors tab filtered to exactly those people, so you can go from “we have 12 past-due customers” to who they are in one click.
