Conversions
The Conversions list is every payment, row by row. It’s searchable and paginated, so you can scan recent sales, find a specific customer, or filter down to just the subscriptions that need attention. When attribution is set up, each payment also shows the visit and source that led to it.
What each row shows
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Customer | The customer’s email. |
| Amount | How much they paid. |
| Subscription status | Where this customer’s subscription stands (see below). |
| Source | The visit or source that led to the payment (when attribution is set up). |
Subscription statuses
Each row is tagged with the customer’s current status:
- active: a paying recurring subscription.
- trialing: currently in a free trial.
- past_due: on a paid plan but behind on payment.
- canceled: the subscription has been canceled.
- one-off / lifetime: a payer with no active recurring subscription (for example, a one-time purchase).
Filter and search
- Filter by status: narrow the list to a single status (for example, only
past_duecustomers, or onlytrialing). - Search: search by email, visitor, or source to jump straight to the payments you’re looking for.
The list is paginated, so large histories stay fast to browse.
How a conversion links to a visit
When attribution is in place, a payment is tied back to the Snow visitor behind it, and through that visitor, to the source, campaign, or referrer that brought them in. That’s how you go from “we got paid” to “this channel got us paid.”
This linking doesn’t happen automatically. You wire it up once. See the next page for both ways to do it.
